Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, families, and children
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- Current and unrestricted license in the state of Maryland
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist
- Previous experience in victims services or intimate partner violence
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- written and oral
- Highly organized
Salary : $82,000 - $90,000
