Job Duties and Responsibilities

• You will clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
• You will replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and coffee.
• You will handle and clean laundry according to established procedures.
• You will report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms.
• You will maintain a high level of cleanliness in all public areas as assigned.
• You will provide excellent customer service, responding to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• You will follow all safety and security procedures.
• You will adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Experience

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.

Knowledge/Skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of cleaning supplies and sanitation techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

• Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.

Physical Requirements/Work Conditions
