Position Description:
This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment entering data from various tax documents into multiple systems for the Department of Revenue. The ideal candidate will efficiently and accurately enter the time sensitive, confidential information while maintaining a high level of speed and precision. In addition to data entry this position requires reviewing & correcting errors that require analysis within the tax system. Success in this role depends on strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task effectively and a genuine enthusiasm for high speed environments.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from an imaged document.
- Works independently to research, analyze and validate documents that require a more detailed review.
- Consult a procedural manual for direction.
Requirements
- Proven data entry work experience
- Key a minimum of 12,000 keystrokes per hour
- Use and follow policy and procedures
- Ability to work in a production-based environment with a high degree of accuracy
- Demonstrate critical thinking
- Detail oriented
- High degree of adaptability
- Experience with MS Office, and Google Suites
Requirements: High volume keying in a production-based environment with standards, goals and deadlines.
