Job Description

Scrum Master (Financial Services)

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Agile methodologies and experience supporting financial services/banking projects. Responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing Agile delivery, removing impediments, and driving collaboration between business and technical teams. Must have experience working with cross-functional technical teams, stakeholder management, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile reporting. Knowledge of Jira, Scrum/Kanban frameworks, and SDLC is required.
