Business Analyst/Testers (BSSe)

Job Description

The requested resources should have:

• Telecommunications industry experience
• Experience supporting large-scale platform transformations and customer migrations
• BSSe experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Wireless and/or Fiber customer journeys
• Ability to operate in production, defect, and migration environments
• Experience working across Product, Technology, Operations, CTX, Care, Retail, and Digital organizations
• Strong analytical and executive communication skills
• Ability to contribute immediately with minimal onboarding
