Account Manager I - Recovery/Collections Department
Contract to Hire
- Location: Newark, DE (on-site)
- Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- 2 nights/week, 12-9pm
- Some Saturdays, 8am-12pm
- Compensation: $16/hour monthly bonus potential
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with clients and collectors on debt accounts
- Arrange suitable payment plans once contact with debtor has been made and follow up on payments
- Manage all accounts until paid, settled, cured from delinquency or deemed uncollectible by management
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of account activity
- Perform all phases of skip tracing
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or collections; agency or bank recovery preferred
- Ability to work well independently and under pressure to meet/exceed company deadlines
- Goal-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be available for entire training program
