Location: Phoenix, AZ (Day 1 onsite, 3 days office)

Qualifications: 

·        Bachelors’ degree with 10 years of experience

·        3–5 years of experience in IT servicing change management, project coordination, or communications within a technology or digital workplace environment. 

·        Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise messaging. 

·        Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive-level presentations and visual storytelling artifacts for technology programs. 

·        Pass Change Management Scenario Assessment 

·        Strong organization and documentation skills with keen attention to detail. 

·        Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Airtable, SharePoint, MS Office). 

·        Familiarity with communication technologies (e.g., Slack, Webex) 

·        Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Communications, Business Administration, or related field a plus
