- Manage front desk operations including check-in, heart rate monitor setup, retail sales, entering transactions in our POS/CRM, and keeping the sales area clean and tidy
- Support studio operations, laundry, and miscellaneous tasks as needed
- Assist with sales and retention activities, including discussing member goals, program pricing, encouraging members to train more, and making outbound lost sheep calls

- Organize and manage the front desk to create amazing first impressions, welcome members and prospects, answer questions, listen for feedback, and explain our value proposition
- Assist the GM with operational tasks and look for ways to streamline and improve processes and checklists
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well on a team
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals; strong desire to learn the $24 billion high-growth boutique fitness industry and grow with the business
- 2-year degree suggested (4-year preferred) to demonstrate organizational skills, self-direction, follow-through, and communication ability
- Minimum of customer service-related work experience; fitness industry experience a strong plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other office technology; ability to learn new systems; familiar with Facebook and Instagram
- Nationally recognized PT certification a strong plus; current CPR/AED certification preferred
- Competitive hourly pay: $18/hour, based on experience and skill set
- Flexible schedule: 1220 hours per week
- Paid volunteer time and sick time
