What Youll Do
- Drive Membership Sales: Make 50 outbound calls daily to leads and prospects to generate new memberships.
- Overcome Objections: Confidently address client concerns and guide them toward becoming long-term members.
- Deliver an Exceptional Experience: Provide top-tier customer service to every guestwhether in-person, over the phone, or online.
- Follow Up Consistently: Manage a pipeline of leads, track communication, and nurture relationships until the sale closes.
- Represent Wellness with Passion: Share the benefits of infrared and red-light therapy with authenticity and enthusiasm.
- Team Collaboration: Support studio goals, assist with events, and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all members.
- Experienced in fitness, wellness, or membership sales with a proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
- Confident communicatoryou shine on the phone and in person.
- Driven, competitive, and motivated by both personal goals and team success.
- Skilled at handling objections and closing deals.
- Customer-service minded with a genuine passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple leads and tasks effectively.
