- Call, text, and follow up with leads to get them booked into a free intro class
- Guide first-time guests through their first Club Pilates experience
- Sell memberships, packages, and retail with confidence and integrity
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional front desk environment
- Support studio operations, assist the General Manager, and jump in wherever needed
We are hiring for all shifts, including weekends and evenings:
- Mon & Wed: 6:00 AM 9:00 PM
- Tue & Thu: 6:30 AM 8:30 PM
- Fri: 6:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Sat: 7:30 AM 6:30 PM
- Sun: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
- A friendly, outgoing personality and genuine love for connecting with people
- Sales experience preferred (fitness, wellness, or hospitality is a plus)
- Confidence in making calls and handling objections professionally
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team player with a passion for health and wellness
- Willingness to learn the Club Pilates brand and become a product expert
