Position Summary
The Membership Sales Representative is responsible for driving membership growth, building relationships with prospects, and delivering an exceptional member experience. This role requires an energetic, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Lead Generation
- Make 50 outbound calls daily to warm and cold leads.
- Conduct engaging club tours and convert prospects into members.
- Generate new leads through community events, digital campaigns, and referral programs.
- Manage follow-ups through phone, text, and email to maintain a full sales pipeline.
- Provide outstanding onboarding for new members to ensure a positive start.
- Schedule and promote goal-setting sessions and personal training introductions.
- Build strong relationships to improve satisfaction and retention rates.
- Support the Club Director in executing membership promotions and tracking daily performance metrics.
- Assist with administrative duties, member account updates, and reporting.
- Maintain club cleanliness, organization, and readiness for tours at all times.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in sales, customer service, or fitness industry roles (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, CRM tools, and lead management systems.
- Energetic personality with a passion for fitness and helping others succeed.
- Reliable, organized, and goal-driven with a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Must be available during required schedule (Monday-Thursday 10 AM - 8 PM; Saturday 9AM -3PM).
- Hourly rate: $18$20 per hour
