The Role

We're hiring an Ads Designer to create high-performing static and video advertising creatives that drive attention, engagement, lead generation, and conversion outcomes across paid marketing campaigns. 

This role is ideal for a designer who understands that visually attractive creatives aren't just about aesthetics, they are strategic marketing assets designed to stop scrolling, capture attention, communicate a message clearly, and drive action. The ideal candidate understands how design and copy work together to improve campaign performance and conversion outcomes. 

You'll work closely with our Creative Strategist to produce, test, and iterate advertising assets for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms, using campaign performance data to continuously improve creative effectiveness. This role reports directly to the Creative Director, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives, creative standards, and brand positioning. 

This position focuses on producing high-volume advertising creatives while maintaining exceptional design quality, brand consistency, and strategic intent. Success in this role requires the ability to translate each client's unique brand identity, positioning, and guidelines into effective advertising assets that support campaigns focused on lead generation, private capital markets, investment opportunities, and financial services marketing. 

What You’ll Do

• Design high-performing static and video creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Produce high-volume ad creatives that accurately reflect each client's brand identity, visual standards, and market positioning.
• Apply creative strategy and consumer psychology principles to develop ads that effectively capture attention visually in alignment with messaging.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist to ensure strong alignment between ad copy, messaging, and visual design.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of creative optimization by refining and refreshing ad creatives based on campaign performance data, audience behavior, and advertising insights.
• Create advertising assets that communicate financial and investment-related concepts in a clear, engaging, compliant, and conversion-focused manner.
• Report to the Creative Director, participating in regular review sessions to ensure alignment with creative standards, brand expectations, and overall campaign strategy.
• Coordinate with external design and production partners, providing clear creative direction, visual frameworks, and feedback for video and creative deliverables.
• Stay current on advertising trends, platform best practices, and emerging creative strategies.
• Continuously explore AI-powered creative tools and workflows to improve production efficiency and creative output.

 What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Ads Designer, or Creative Designer focused on digital advertising.
• Strong portfolio showcasing paid social and digital advertising creatives.
• Experience designing static ad creatives for Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Display, or similar advertising platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar design tools).
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows to support concept development, creative production, and design efficiency.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and direct-response creative best practices.
• Ability to design with marketing objectives, user psychology, and conversion goals in mind.
• Strong understanding of how visual design and advertising copy work together to improve campaign performance.
• Experience creating high-volume advertising creatives across multiple campaigns and client brands.
• Excellent typography, layout, composition, branding, and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and rapidly iterating on creative assets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Professional English proficiency for working with an international team.

Bonus Points For

• Experience designing creatives for fintech, finance, investment, private capital markets, or B2B industries.
• Experience working alongside Media Buyers, Growth Marketers, or Performance Marketing teams.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and platform creative specifications.
• Motion graphics, video editing, or short-form video ad creation experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Higgsfield, or similar platforms to enhance creative production workflows.
