Responsibilities of the Field Sales Representatives include exceeding monthly sales goals, lead and opportunity generation, new business development, networking, expanding existing long term relationships. You will be expected to cultivate and grow account relationships to maximize sales through effective planning, sales execution and communication resulting in the achievement of company objectives. If you have exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage lead pipeline, follow-up, and prospecting activities efficiently, join our team. We work in a team environment, supporting each other for success.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- 5 Years Experience in Outside Sales
- Knowledge of the Park and Playground market
- Knowledge of small business operations and challenges
- Superior sales and negotiation skills for internal and external purposes
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- A team player with a positive attitude, highly motivated and organized
- Ability to take charge, make decisions and meet deadlines without prompting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information and ideas in a variety of media to a diverse audience
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- A valid drivers license, insurable by our carrier, and reliable transportation are required.
Industrial Shadeports is a full line manufacturer of Shade Structures and Shade Sails for the Municipal, Institutional, and Commercial markets. We are also a Certified General Contractor and self perform all aspects of design, manufacture, supply, installation, maintenance, repair and replacement in our Fort Lauderdale facility. We do not have a showroom or sell direct to the public. We only perform contracting work for our own structures.
