Industrial Shadeports is growing! We’re looking for a full-time Construction Project Manager to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. We design and build high-quality shade structures for playgrounds, parks, and more.
What You'll Do:
- Manage all phases of construction projects
- Lead field crews and oversee job site execution
- Ensure safety, quality, timelines, and budgets are met
- Coordinate logistics, inspections, and final walkthroughs
- Communicate clearly with crews, office staff, and clients
What You Bring:
- 5 years of construction project management experience
- 2 years of field supervision
- Clean Florida driver’s license & reliable transportation (Required)
- Able to travel to job sites across Florida
- Must pass background and license checks (E-Verify used)
Bonus if You Have:
- Experience with shade structures, playgrounds, or awnings
- Comfort using digital tools (email, photos, scheduling apps)
