Position Overview:
The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers and generating revenue by securing new tenants on the company’s wireless infrastructure assets and property. This sales role is focused on prospecting, relationship building, and closing colocation agreements with wireless carriers, government agencies and other tenants.
Many of the company’s tenants are public safety and government agencies operating on wide-area digital radio networks, so success in this role depends on credibility and trust with law enforcement, emergency management, and other government stakeholders. Candidates with backgrounds in military service, law enforcement, or other government agencies – particularly those with established relationship across these communities – are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Serve as day-to-day relationship owner for assigned carrier accounts, managing all leasing and amendment requests from application through execution
- Understand customer network deployment needs and position company assets as solutions
- Manage relationships and leasing contracts with landlords/owners on third party sites in the wide-area digital radio network
- Build and maintain a network of contacts within law enforcement, emergency management, and other government agencies to identify colocation opportunities
Deal Execution
- Negotiate lease terms, pricing, and amendments within company guidelines
- Coordinate with legal, site acquisition, construction and operations teams to move deals to execution
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, tenant communications, and transaction status
Market Intelligence
- Monitor local market activity, including competitor towers and carrier deployments
- Provide feedback on pricing trends, demand, and new opportunities
- Help identify underutilized assets for targeted leasing efforts
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Number of new colocation agreements executed
- Renewal / retention rate on existing tenant accounts
- Pipeline growth and quality of new tenant prospects identified
Qualifications or skills required for this role (licenses, certifications, degree, etc.):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with commercial real estate leasing, account management, wireless infrastructure, or related B2B relationship roles is a strong plus
- Military, law enforcement, first responder or other government agency experience, especially candidates with established relationships across public safety or federal agencies is a strong plus
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and relationship-management skills
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to travel to customer locations needed, generally Miami-Dade area with occasional regional/out-of-state/overnight travel as needed

Hours:
Part-time, approximately 20-25 hours/week. Flexible scheduling within core business hours (Mon-Fri 8am – 4:30pm); some evening/weekend availability may be needed for customer follow-ups.
Compensation:
The pay range offered for this position is $25 - $30 per hour plus commission.
