Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and exceptional communication skills to successfully engage with clients and address their needs.

Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct warm calls to potential clients, introducing our services and identifying opportunities for business development.
• Oversee the sales process at each stage from quote to purchasing to fulfillment and follow up.
• Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close sales effectively.
• Utilize company system to track account activity, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
• Provide technical sales support by understanding product offerings and articulating their benefits to clients.
• Identify new business opportunities within the market to expand the client base.
• Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
• Assist and collaborate with sales team to meet monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management or a related field, with a focus on sales and business development.
• Excellent negotiation skills, demonstrating the ability to influence outcomes positively.
• Proficient in managing client interactions and sales processes.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
• Technical sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail in managing accounts.
• Experience with material handling and motive power batteries.
