- This role reports to the Associate Director, Global Marketing, and works closely with Marketing, Sales, Professional Education, and external vendors.
- Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Tradeshow & Booth Kit Ownership (Primary Focus)
You will be the single point of ownership for PRS tradeshow logistics, responsible for the full lifecycle of booth kits and materials, including:
- Creating, organizing, labeling, and maintaining all PRS tradeshow booth kits
- Ordering, assembling, resetting, and replenishing booth kits after each event
- Coordinating and communicating shipping, tracking, delivery timelines, and return logistics
- Ensuring booths are fully conference‑ready: correct assets, condition, quantities, and branding
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and storage organization
- Proactively identifying gaps, risks, or improvements and fixing them before they become issues
