Role: Graphic Designer
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 8 months/temp
Shift: 1st Shift M-F
Education: Bachelor’s degree in fine arts/design with 3 years of relevant experience in creative agency or in-house creative department
NOTE: Must be able to work onsite in our NY office 3-4 days per week or as required

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll be a storytelling artist, where creativity and design expertise converge. You’ll leverage your design skills to create captivating visual narratives, from capturing the essence of a fragrance to crafting comprehensive marketing stories. You will design and produce top-notch digital and print materials, elevate presentation spaces with transformative design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative solutions to life. From PowerPoint slides to compelling videos, your keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling will be key to enhancing our internal and external marketing solutions.
MS Office Proficient. High level of design expertise in Powerpoint is a must from template development to formatting design.
Graphic design sensibilities and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite experience (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects or other graphic design/video editing tools). Photography and Videography experience a plus.
Proficient working on creative content for various formats (Digital/PowerPoint, Packaging, Video Production, Displays, Print, etc.)
Creative self-starter with a high attention to detail and excellent interpersonal, organization, time management and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Your key responsibilities
• Strategic Collaboration: Become an integral partner our Marketing team. Engage from ideation process to infusing creative solutions to elevate our storytelling and drive competitive differentiation.
• Creative Conceptualization: Develop innovative concepts and effective graphic design media aligned with our client briefs and creative marketing solutions.
• Internal & External Presentation: Translate design and concept proposals into compelling creative narratives in support of client presentations and internal initiatives.
• Project Management: Ability to work in high paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously. Adept at taking creative direction from various stakeholders ensuring a seamless journey and delivering high-quality results within specified timelines.
• Ideation: Be the catalyst for ideas that spark excitement and newness by sharing inspiring design insights, new design media solutions and trends with internal teams.
