Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce graphics for social media posts, announcements, and campaigns across multiple platforms
- Create visual assets for paid media, including digital ads, display banners, and promotional creatives
- Collaborate with marketing and social teams to bring campaigns and brand moments to life
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs while evolving and refining design systems
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices within sports gaming and digital media
- Support ad hoc creative needs across the business
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design (agency, startup, or in-house experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and advertising creative work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and/or Figma
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams
- Passion for sports gaming is a big plus
