Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. This role is crucial in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of employment and labor laws, talent acquisition, and employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace culture while managing the organization's human capital effectively.
Duties
- Oversee the recruitment process, including talent acquisition and succession planning to attract top talent.
- Manage employee orientation programs and training & development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and other employment regulations while managing benefits administration and workers' compensation.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and facilitate feedback.
- Lead conflict management efforts, providing guidance on employee relations issues and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives to align HR objectives with business goals.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Oracle HCM for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Supervise HR staff while promoting professional development opportunities within the team.
- Drive process improvement initiatives within the HR function to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, including FMLA and OSHA regulations.
- Proficient in HR sourcing, talent management, and employee evaluation techniques.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in organization design and change management strategies.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with various HR software platforms such as Paychex, Dayforce, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, and ATS systems.
- Proven ability in program management and budgeting related to human resources initiatives.

Pay: $53,755.37 - $64,737.65 per year
