CR Fletcher is currently recruiting for an HR Manager for a company in the Syracuse area. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and manage 1-2 direct reports. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Must be available for 7am new hire orientations on Mondays. This is a full in-person position.
Responsibilities
- Oversee employee lifecycle and assist managers with day to day guidance
- Administer employee benefits
- Lead new hire orientations on a weekly basis
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and company policy
- Conduct employee relations investigations and provide conflict resolution support
- Analyze HR metrics and data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5 years' experience in Human Resources
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
