indiGO Technologies is looking for a talented marketing operations professional to deploy and manage all elements of the marketing stack and event management.
The candidate will work as part of a matrixed team and will collaborate with leadership teams to scope, deploy and manage all marketing infrastructure and operations, and the role will manage one or more marketing specialists plus external contractors.
The ideal candidate will have 10 or more years of relevant experience with a strong practical understanding of marketing across multiple disciplines. This is an ideal role for a talented manager able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across a broad spectrum of marketing programs.
This role focuses on building and managing the marketing function in support of sales, lead generation, market penetration, and brand-building in support of the company’s growth objectives.
The scope includes marketing planning, digital infrastructure, data flows, sales campaign execution, trade shows, and day-to-day coordination across teams and vendors. In collaboration with the Communications, PR and Sales teams, you will also manage the tactical execution of events and trade shows, and any bespoke company events.
You will work in partnership with the Communications lead to tactically execute any promotional/outbound efforts. You will manage Indigo’s social media tactics across all platforms, and oversee marketing vendors that fall outside the communications and PR function.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage internal teams and external resources, including Marketing Specialists and contractors, to effectively execute initiatives across digital platforms, websites, social media channels, video production, and more.
- Direct the strategy, design, and production of Sales collateral and materials to support multiple product offerings and vertical markets, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in messaging and positioning.
- Own, manage, and optimize indiGO’s integrated marketing infrastructure, including CRM and pipeline management systems, website and analytics platforms, social media presence, and supporting technology tools.
- Develop and oversee strategic email marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, automated workflows, and rigorous data management practices to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Investor and Product teams on tactical event management and execution, including trade shows, roadshows, demonstrations, and experiential marketing activities to amplify indiGO’s market presence.
- Orchestrate the publishing of content across digital platforms, collaborating with Communications, PR, Marketing, Investor and Executive teams.
- Establish, track, and analyze web, social media, and marketing platform performance metrics against established KPIs. Create executive-level dashboards and reporting to inform strategic business and marketing decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the brand leader to ensure consistent brand identity, voice, and experience across all “GO” product-related materials and campaigns.
- 10 years of proven experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, and marketing program management within high-growth, technology-driven environments.
- Hands-on expertise managing and optimizing CRM, CMS, automation platforms, and reporting tools (platform agnostic).
- Proven track record of scaling marketing operations, specifically within dynamic technology or sustainable transportation sectors.
- Strong project management skills, including experience planning and executing high-impact trade shows, virtual events, and targeted roadshows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and comfortably balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Working knowledge of automotive, clean energy, manufacturing, or complex B2B and B2G market segments.
- Exceptional tactical leadership with the ability to coordinate, manage, and execute multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience with best-in-class martech tools across all marketing operations/content production and social media.
- Proficiency in the use of AI across generative media, editing, writing and platform automations / sequences.
