We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to partner with vendors to ensure parts arrive build-ready. Responsibilities include defining acceptance criteria and critical-to-quality characteristics, establishing practical incoming inspection and verification, and leading corrective actions when nonconformances occur. The work is collaborative and hands-on, combining data analysis with supplier engagement and periodic site visits. The objective is to convert supplier variation into predictable, repeatable performance with minimal process overhead.

KEY Responsibilities:
- Define critical-to-quality characteristics and incoming inspection plans.
- Review supplier process controls and create simple scorecards with feedback loops.
- Lead problem-solving on non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering on first articles and readiness.
- BS in Engineering or relevant experience in supplier quality/manufacturing.
- 5 years of practical experience in quality engineering, ideally in EV or automotive environments.
- Working knowledge of quality and testing tools and environments.
- Clear communicator comfortable with on-site and remote supplier engagement.
