What You’ll Do As a Testing Assistant, you’ll help our Assessment Centers run smoothly and efficiently — supporting students, faculty, and staff every day. You’ll: Administer and virtually proctor exams with accuracy and care Track and process distance learning exams Assist with data entry and student notifications Help students navigate the testing process confidently Maintain integrity, confidentiality, and fairness in all testing situations Collaborate with colleagues to create a calm, professional testing environment You’ll primarily serve on one of our five campuses — but flexibility to travel across campuses as needed is part of our team spirit. What You Bring We’re looking for someone who demonstrates: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution At least one year of experience in customer service and/or education Prior experience in testing or proctoring environments (preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy A student-first mindset and the ability to work with diverse learners Professional judgment, reliability, and comfort with technology When You’ll Work This part-time position requires availability for both day and evening hours during the week.
