What You’ll Do
As a Testing Assistant, you’ll help our Assessment Centers run smoothly and efficiently — supporting students, faculty, and staff every day. You’ll:
- Administer and virtually proctor exams with accuracy and care
- Track and process distance learning exams
- Assist with data entry and student notifications
- Help students navigate the testing process confidently
- Maintain integrity, confidentiality, and fairness in all testing situations
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a calm, professional testing environment
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who demonstrates:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- At least one year of experience in customer service and/or education
- Prior experience in testing or proctoring environments (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- A student-first mindset and the ability to work with diverse learners
- Professional judgment, reliability, and comfort with technology
