Description
Perform custodial duties to include sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, cleaning windows, dumping trash, replacing light bulbs, moving furniture. Assist in unloading freight as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements
- Custodial training preferred.
- Should have experience in custodial assignments involving buildings and building equipment.
- Ability to work independently on a day-to-day basis.
- Must have knowledge of building cleaning, operation of janitorial equipment and general labor work.
- Must be able to lift or move cartons, furniture, and material up to sixty pounds.
Work Performed
- Report for work assignments at designated location.
- Sweep and maintain floors in assigned areas, including waxing and buffing, vacuuming and carpet cleaning as needed.
- Keep walls, windows, trash cans, chalkboard, erasers clean.
- Do dusting as needed.
- Gather and dump trash in assigned area.
- Replace light bulbs.
- Clean windows in assigned area.
- Do minor maintenance assignments.
- Clean and replenish supplies in restrooms in assigned area.
- Keep Custodial Services Supervisor aware of materials and supplies needed to complete assignments.
- Responsible for night lock up in assigned area or building.
- Install towels in cabinets in your assigned area.
- Report any suspicious activities to supervisor and security.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance at work.
- Perform duties in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Successfully complete all required OSHA training.
- Other tasks as assigned.
