Customer Support Specialist – Independent Pharmacy Distributor

We’re looking for a vibrant, self-motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping our customers with technical support and company requirements, ensuring they can continue to rely on us without interruption.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct on-site customer inspections
- Assist customers with usage exports
- Help upload and troubleshoot CSOS certificates
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to ensure smooth business operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Intermediate to advanced technical ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft-based equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a self-motivated work ethic
Schedule & Pay:
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
- Pay: $15/hour during the 90-day probationary period
- Increase to $16.50/hour based on attendance and performance
- Yearly review with potential for up to 3% raise
