Sunday: 9:00am-9:00pm
Monday: 3:00pm-10:30pm
Tuesday: 3:00pm-10:30pm
Wednesday: 3:00pm-10:30pm
Position 2:
Wednesday: 9:00am-9:00pm
Thursday: 3:00pm-10:30pm
Friday: 3:00pm-8:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am-9:00pm
Duties
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary
- Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA confidentiality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe living environment through regular cleaning routines and organization of common areas and personal spaces
- Support residents during community outings or activities to promote social engagement and independence
- Document care activities thoroughly in accordance with agency policies and state regulations
Skills
- Proven experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care environments
- Strong knowledge of patient care techniques including CPR, First Aid, Med Aide, Mandt
- Ability to observe patient behavior carefully and respond promptly to changes or emergencies
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and assisting residents with mobility or transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts
- Familiarity with medication administration procedures and maintaining accurate care plans
- Compassionate attitude with a commitment to respecting residents’ dignity and promoting their independence
