Alora Supports is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Caregivers, and Direct Care Workers to provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation.

What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and communities.
- Assist with daily living activities, personal goals, and skill development.
- Support community participation, social engagement, and independence.
- Build positive, professional relationships with participants and their families.
- Help individuals live meaningful, self-directed lives.
