Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to support our Sales strategy for assigned territory. The ideal candidate will develop and retain a quality residential client base of Real Estate Agents and Brokers, Lenders, Builders, Agents, Attorneys, and others through the acquisition of new business and maintenance of existing customers.
Essential Functions
- Build Client Relationships: Secure new orders from new customers and maintain and expand business with existing clients.
- Compile Sales Leads: Research prospective customers based on information from networking, websites, newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, and other sources.
- Assess Individual Client Needs: Develop, present, and implement plans to meet those needs.
- Market Territory: Attend real estate industry functions and participate in community and real estate events to increase visibility.
- Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content and social media presence.
- Create Presentations: Design and deliver presentations to customer groups, target customers, agents, and others.
- Interact with Work Groups: Communicate daily with Operations, Marketing, and Escrow branches.
- Communicate with Clients: Respond promptly and proactively to clients' needs.
