About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Home Financing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Independent Escrow Channel of First American, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on home financing options.
Your primary objective will be to increase sales volume and develop maximum potential volume from all markets for our division's products and services. You will achieve this by building strong relationships with customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Customer Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on home financing options, helping them make informed decisions about their financial situations.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and lenders.
- Sales Operations: Manage sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma required; 2-5 years of successful residential real estate industry experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to listen to customers and understand their needs, persistence, tenacity, and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities.
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license required.
