Minimum Qualifications:
- High school graduate
- Has six (6) months experience with regulated personal care agency or like company.
- Maintains CPR Certification.
- Ability to supervise and direct care team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills include ability to delegate and relate tactfully with customers and the community.
- Must be proficient with windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role.
- Excellent time management skills and mentor capabilities for self and agency staff.
- Maintains a valid Driver’s license as defined by the State of Indiana and/or Agency policy.
- Available during regular business hours in person 8:00am-4:30PM
- Provides backup for personal care attendant positions as needed.
- Participates in On-Call rotation.
- Performs other tasks and job duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
- Participates in the reconciliation of complaints and grievances as needed. (See complaints and Grievances policy).
