- Execute end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll data, including employee details, hours worked, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to coordinate payroll-related activities and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute pay statements, reports, and summaries for management review.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tax forms and year-end documentation such as W-2s and 1099s.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related matters.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records and financial information.
- Continuously seek to improve payroll processes and support the implementation of new payroll software systems or upgrades.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with federal and state payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
