Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Executive Director, by generally accepted administrative practices.
- Maintain personnel records and documentation standards called for by Title 22, Title 17, and company policies.
- Serve as backup to the Executive Director.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Completion of an approved residential-elderly administrator certification program.
- Completion of at least 15 college or continuing education units. At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Current training in first aid and CPR. Have the personal characteristics, physical energy, and competence to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.

- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Assistant Administrator: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification
- RCFE License
- Bachelor's Degree
