Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve CMDB structure, data quality, and lifecycle processes
- Support and enhance ServiceNow software management workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement technical solutions
- Provide guidance on best practices and maintain system documentation
- Assist with SAM processes (if experienced)
- 4 years ServiceNow experience
- Strong CMDB expertise
- Experience with software management processes
- ITIL knowledge
- SAM experience preferred
