Our publicly-traded client is seeking to hire a Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting (SEC) & Consolidations. Position is hybrid (3 days in office in Richmond) with a base salary range up to $120K plus a 10% annual bonus, and excellent benefits. This role has excellent exposure to upper management and growth potential.

Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting (SEC) & Consolidations Duties

• Assist with SEC filings process
• Disclosures support preparation
• Stay up-to-date with accounting standards
• Technical accounting research as needed
• Work with auditors
• Inter-company accounting and consolidations
• Journal entries, reconciliations, controls improvements
  
  

Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting (SEC) & Consolidations Requirements

• Ideally 5 years of experience in Big 4 and/or publicly company accounting
• SEC reporting experience
• CPA highly preferred
