Client Operations Associate

Boston, MA (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with a growing investment-focused organization in the Boston area that is looking to add a Client Operations Associate to its operations team.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience in financial services, operations, reporting, or accounting who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and supporting client deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Key Areas Of Focus Include

• Preparing and reviewing recurring client and investment reports
• Reconciling account activity and investigating data discrepancies
• Coordinating with internal teams and external providers to ensure reporting accuracy
• Supporting reporting processes, documentation, and workflow improvements
• Assisting with ad hoc client requests and operational projects
  
  

The Ideal Background Includes

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong Excel and data management skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Prior exposure to investment operations, financial reporting, fund administration, or similar environments is a plus
  
  

The team is looking for someone proactive, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.

Compensation target is in the $65K–$80K (DOE) range plus Excellent benefits, Bonus and long-term growth opportunity.
