About Us
We are building the data infrastructure that powers the next generation of AI systems. Having recently closed a $120M Series A, we're scaling our team rapidly. We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to help define and drive the product strategy for our core platform.
What You'll Do
- Own product strategy and roadmap for one or more areas of the AI data platform, from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Translate customer and market needs — including from enterprise and regulated-industry customers — into clear requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
- Partner closely with engineering and design leads to scope, sequence, and ship complex technical products.
- Define and track success metrics; use data to drive prioritization and post-launch iteration.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally and act as a key point of contact for strategic accounts and partners.
- Operate with significant autonomy and influence company-wide product strategy and processes as an early product hire.
- Mentor other PMs as the team grows, and help establish product org best practices.
- 8 years of product management experience, with demonstrated Staff-level scope (cross-team strategy, executive-level communication, end-to-end ownership of complex products).
- Experience with technical or data-heavy products — comfortable partnering deeply with engineering on architecture and tradeoffs.
- Strong analytical skills; track record of using data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with both technical teams and enterprise customers/partners.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity at an early-stage, fast-growing company.
- Experience with B2B or enterprise data products, ideally in regulated industries (healthcare, finance).
- Prior experience working closely with ML/AI teams or familiarity with LLM-based products and workflows.
- Experience scaling a product org — hiring, mentoring, and shaping process at an early-stage company.
- Competitive salary and equity in a well-funded, high-growth Series A company.
- High-impact role with direct influence on product direction and company trajectory.
- Offices in San Francisco and New York City, with remote work available.
