Position: Workday Integration Specialist

Compensation: $82,000- $100,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Full Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Workday Integration Specialist to join their team!

This is an exciting direct hire opportunity for a Workday professional who enjoys solving integration challenges and improving how systems communicate. You’ll play a key role in building, supporting, and optimizing Workday integrations while also contributing to broader HCM configuration, reporting, and training efforts. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Build and support inbound and outbound Workday integrations
• Troubleshoot failed files, API calls, and data transfers
• Develop and maintain integration workflows and technical designs
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM functionality
• Support tenant setup, business processes, and security
• Create and update reports and dashboards
• Develop training guides and user documentation
• Test and deploy Workday feature releases
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Implement system enhancements and process improvements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with Workday integrations and HCM configuration
• Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools and patterns
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues
• Experience building reports and dashboards
• Familiarity with calculated fields and validation rules
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Experience creating training or documentation materials
• Ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with EIB integrations
• Exposure to Core Connectors
• Experience with Workday Studio
• Knowledge of web service integrations
• Experience with file-based integrations
• Exposure to Cloud Connect or packaged integrations
• Experience across Recruiting, Onboarding, or Talent modules
• Prior experience supporting release testing and validation
