Position: Treasury Operations Manager

Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

You'll be at the heart of global treasury operations, influencing change and implementing innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage daily cash movements and liquidity
• Create and enhance short-term cash forecasting
• Optimize cash funding requirements with external partners
• Support capital markets activities and refinancing
• Lead treasury technology implementation
• Ensure timely treasury payments and journal entries
• Drive process improvements and controls
• Supervise a team of treasury professionals
• Manage accounting and reporting for treasury operations
• Collaborate to solve treasury-related issues

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant discipline
• 5 years corporate treasury experience
• Knowledge of public company reporting requirements
• Experienced with Oracle
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with collaborative skills
• Ability to manage a team and prioritize workflows
• Organized and detail-oriented

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Certified Treasury Professional
• Experience with Fides, TM5
• Public accounting experience
• Experience in international treasury management
• Experience with new systems implementation
• Familiarity with corporate guarantee facilities
