Data Engineer

Position: Data Engineer

Compensation: $100000 - $130000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Engineer to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a data professional who enjoys building reliable pipelines, improving data quality, and supporting business intelligence initiatives. In this role, you will work across data extraction, transformation, and modeling while helping maintain the systems that power reporting and operational insight.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Build, test, and maintain automated data pipelines
• Connect to diverse data sources and analyze data suitability
• Cleanse, transform, and consolidate data into trusted sources
• Develop data quality monitoring and alerting processes
• Support data warehouse, mart, and hub environments
• Publish data sets for reporting and BI users
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot production issues
• Document solutions, root causes, and resolution steps
• Assist with training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
• Communicate progress and updates clearly across teams

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience developing and supporting data pipelines
• Working knowledge of ETL processes and T-SQL
• Experience with data profiling or master data management tools
• Knowledge of BI modeling tools such as SSAS or Power BI
• Programming experience, such as C#
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to support a 24x7 environment when needed

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with data warehouse or mart environments
• Background in automation and data quality monitoring
• Experience acting in a technical owner or lead role
• Familiarity with support documentation and training materials
• Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams
• Exposure to architecture, infrastructure, or professional services teams
