Position: SR. HRIS Analyst - Workday

Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled SR. HRIS Analyst - Workday to join their team!

This is a newly created opportunity on a growing HR Technology team, offering the chance to make an immediate impact in a hands-on Workday environment. The role will support configuration, optimization, troubleshooting, and ongoing system improvements while serving as a key escalation point for complex issues. It’s a strong fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, partnering across teams, and contributing to important HR technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Configure and maintain Workday system functionality.
• Support troubleshooting and Tier 2 issue resolution.
• Assist with EIB loads and data audits.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Support testing for changes, fixes, and releases.
• Partner on enhancements and module implementations.
• Help optimize HR technology processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 years of hands-on Workday or HR technology experience preferred.
• Strong experience with Workday configuration and maintenance.
• Experience with Core HCM and Benefits is highly valuable.
• Solid reporting and analytics experience in Workday.
• Hands-on experience with EIBs, testing, and data validation.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and manage competing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication skills across varied audiences.
