Position: Retail Supervisor
Compensation: $ 52000 - 57000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Stillwater, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Organize and coordinate banking services
- Mentor and coach Retail Team for performance excellence
- Recruit and onboard new Retail Team members
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures
- Monitor daily operations and supervise task execution
- Develop and manage work schedules for Retail Team
- Collaborate with Retail Regional Manager on performance issues
- Lead weekly team meetings and quarterly individual meetings
- Oversee banking activities for accuracy and timeliness
- Train and assess Retail Team development
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of bank employment experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with CDARS and DepositPro
- Familiarity with Paylocity for time management
- Experience in a supervisory role in banking
- Knowledge of banking regulations and security procedures
