Position: Quality Review Specialist

Compensation: $19 /hour

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Join a dynamic team as a Quality Review Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing customer service excellence. This opportunity arises as a valued team member is on leave for 7 months. You'll be responsible for reviewing and assessing the quality of customer service calls, providing valuable feedback to improve our service standards. This is your chance to make a significant impact in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Review customer service calls for quality assurance.
• Assess and score calls to improve service quality.
• Provide actionable recommendations for call improvements.
• Collaborate with customer service reps for training purposes.
• Ensure adherence to company quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong customer service experience.
• Experience in call centers is ideal.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Call auditing skills.
• Industry-specific experience.
