Position: Recruiter

Compensation: $23 - 26 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Recruiter to join their team!

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented recruiting professional who enjoys managing a steady pipeline and keeping processes moving. In this contract role, you’ll support hiring efforts for multiple open positions while helping create a smooth and efficient candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage recruiting activity across multiple open requisitions
• Coordinate and support hiring workflows from start to finish
• Review candidate information for role alignment
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate records and hiring documentation
• Support scheduling and follow-up tasks as needed
• Partner with internal stakeholders to move roles forward
• Handle high-volume, detail-focused administrative recruiting work

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience supporting recruiting or hiring processes
• Strong attention to detail and process accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, task-driven environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle repetitive work with consistency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Experience working with government or public-sector hiring
