Position: Manufacturing Engineer
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Edmond, Oklahoma

This is a hands-on role that supports daily operations while driving continuous improvement and new product introductions. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead manufacturing engineering and process optimization
- Drive continuous improvement and SOP development
- Enhance production line layout and workflow
- Manage mold and fixture operations and maintenance
- Collaborate with overseas suppliers for quality assurance
- Optimize robotics and automation systems
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Support ERP systems and digital transformation efforts
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- 3–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Proven BOM management and process documentation skills
- Experience with mold and fixture maintenance
- Knowledge of overseas supplier collaboration
- Robotics programming and automation experience
- ERP expertise, Epicor Kinetic preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- CAD, AutoCad, and Fusion360 software knowledge
- Experience with new ERP implementation or system migration
- Strong mechanical aptitude and presence on the production floor
