Position: Project Coordinator
Compensation: $26 - 32 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Coordinator to join their team!
This is a fantastic contract opportunity supporting a major rollout project across hundreds of locations. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to keep installations moving, coordinate technicians, manage schedules, and ensure every detail stays on track. If you enjoy fast-paced project work, strong organization, and being the person who keeps everything running smoothly, this role offers a great chance to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Coordinate technician schedules and installation activities
- Track work orders, surveys, and project tasks
- Support escalations and resolve issues quickly
- Communicate with onsite technicians and project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and keep documentation updated
- Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day coordination
- Help ensure materials, plans, and resources are aligned
- Manage high-volume project activity with strong attention to detail
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 1 year of professional coordinator experience
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Outlook daily
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proactive approach to managing tasks and priorities
- Ability to support a fast-paced, high-volume project environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Prior IT field technician experience
- Basic understanding of cabling and installation needs
- Experience supporting network-related projects
- Background working with onsite technicians
- Familiarity with escalations and work order tracking
