Position - Construction Project Manager:
Sun Construction is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Project Coordinator/Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This pivotal role involves coordinating project activities and fostering effective communication. Sun Construction is a small family owned and operated general contractor with over 30 years’ experience in the commercial industry, specializing in owner occupied spaces, interior remodels, and new builds. Responsibilities
· Oversight of Projects
· Project Scheduling
· Leading/Managing Site Employees to help stay on task/schedule.
· Communicating/Coordination between owners, staff employees and architects
· Both Office and On-site Work
· Procurement/Resource Allocation
· RFI’s
· Plan Review
· COR’s
Qualifications
· Proven experience in commercial construction management
· Hands-on experience with construction scheduling tools and techniques; ability to coordinate complex schedules effectively.
· Deep understanding of construction regulations
· Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent time management skills.
· Construction site experience is essential for understanding field operations and site safety protocols.
· Strong Communication

· Full knowledge to read/understand building plans and specification sheets.
