Compensation: $80,000-$90,000
Location: Boulder, CO
Position: Financial Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial Analyst to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple departments
- Partner with business stakeholders to manage spend and explain financial performance
- Prepare monthly reporting packages and financial commentary for leadership
- Support ongoing improvements to reporting, models, and processes
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of finance/accounting experience in an FP&A or similar role
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally across all levels
- Highly detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
- Manufacturing or operational finance exposure
- Experience supporting large, cross-functional stakeholder groups
