Position: Director, Global Technical Accounting & Reporting

Compensation: $146,000 - $201,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Golden, Colorado

This opportunity involves leading the company's global technical accounting strategy and governance framework, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead global consolidated internal and external financial reporting
• Conduct complex technical accounting research for US GAAP and IFRS
• Establish global accounting standards and policies
• Oversee consolidated global US GAAP audit
• Drive transformation of general accounting functions
• Design global accounting guidance and use of systems/software
• Partner with stakeholders for policy alignment and controls
• Lead and develop the global accounting team

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting
• Active Certified Public Accountant license
• Minimum 10 years combined in Public Accounting, Manufacturing Industry, and Global experience 
• 3-5 years of management experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with SAP or OneStream
• Manufacturing environment exposure
• Experience in multinational or global organizations

• Interview process includes an initial Microsoft Teams call and onsite panel interview
• Schedule: M-F 8–5, with occasional over time
• Team structure: Reporting to senior management, managing two accounting managers
